The Journey is NOT Moving!
NO! The Journey Neighbourhood Centre is NOT moving to Nelson Street. However, the Journey Thrift store is opening in September at 24 Nelson St E, Brampton.
Journey Thrift is like a cousin to The Journey Neighbourhood Centre. It is a separately incorporated organization, but all profits from the sale of items at Journey Thrift go to support the community outreach of The Journey Neighbourhood Centre.
So, we are not going anywhere except to stay here on Ardglen and at Orenda. In fact watch our Facebook and website for information about upcoming programs this fall. And, even though we can’t hold our annual street party in the middle of Ardglen Drive, we will be having a community BBQ on Saturday, September 12 in our 9 Ardglen parking lot. Watch for more details.
