The Journey Neighbourhood Centre would like to once again thank and acknowledge the generous support of the Brampton and Caledon Community Foundation. Over the years their generosity has enabled The Journey to equip our two Centres enabling The Journey to provide effective programs and services, such as our food distribution, cooking programs and children’s after-school programs.
