This Saturday is the Community Safety Anti-Violence Basketball Camp!
The Journey is partnered with the Brampton A’s, Peel District School Board, Brampton Safe City, Peel Regional Police, Eclypse, City of Brampton, Regeneration, ESQ Athletic, Free For All Foundation, United Way – Peel Region, Harbour Printing, Unity Charity and the YMCA. This is going to be a great day of basketball skills, inspiring presentations and an A’s game in the evening.
80 kids aged 12-16 years will participate in drills at the Poweraide Centre and presentations by Unity Charity, Peel Regional Police and Brampton Safe City at Turner Fenton Secondary School.
This coming Monday is Family Day. We at The Journey will be spending that day with our families. We hope that Family Day will be a good day for you and your family. Enjoy the day! Enjoy your family – no matter how it is composed! We will be back on Tuesday with lots of great programs and opportunities for you.
Starting on Wednesday, February 4th at 3pm, The Journey is launching a homework group for teens in Grades 9-12. This is a great opportunity to get some help with your homework and to also do some really cool creative stuff as well.
