Starting: Tuesday, August 27th

Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Are you more irritable?  Are you less patient than before?  Has your sleeping or appetite changed?  Are there recent changes in your physical health?  If you said yes to any of the above, then Brief Counselling can help you:

  • See things from a different perspective
  • Make changes to help you move forward
  • Build or develop new coping skills and strategies
  • Plan for the future

If you are interested in 1-3 Brief Counselling Sessions:

  1. Speak to Kevin to sign-up for an available appointment time
  2. Make note of your appointment date and time
  3. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment in order to complete the necessary paperwork (a) CMHA Registration Form and (b) Single Session Questionnaire (this will help set the focus of your appointment)
  4. Please bring both forms with you and provide it to the Counsellor at the time of your appointment

Appointments will take place on Tuesday and Friday afternoons at The Journey Neighbourhood Centre.

Appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis

All counselling sessions are FREE and Confidential
