The greatest risk I have ever taken was going back to college to upgrade after being a stay at home Mom for 10 years.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my two children and other family when I can.
My hero is my Mom, because she always pulled through even when she could have given up.

The first concert I ever went to was as an adult. I went to see my childhood favourites, Boyz ll Men.
The one thing I would like to accomplish at The Journey is to become more involved with the community anyway I can. Also, to get Freaky Friday back up and running.
I work at The Journey, because I love working with the community. Plus I volunteered here enough so I figured why not?!
The Journey Neighbourhood Centre has had to all but close our doors during the COVID-19 pandemic. This has been a difficult time for all of us in our community. The Journey has undertaken a few initiatives to try and make a difference:
